Audio Cue 
This is a basic cue based audio program that allows you to play sounds using four virtual players. Each cue allows you define what actions are to be taken on each player.
Audio Cue is designed to provide a simple and easy to use way of playing audio files.
Features
- Four virtual players.
- Cues can start, stop, pause, resume, adjust level and adjust pan of each player.
- When starting a player you define a play list of one or more sounds.
- Play lists may be played once, twice, etc (up to 20 times) or continuously.
- Each track in a play list may have start and end points set.
- When stopping or starting a player a fade time may be given.
- Cues may be set to automatically follow the previous cue (after a user defined wait).
- Simple interface.
Limitations
- Players and cues can not be individually routed to different devices.
- Does not play midi files or interface using midi to other programs.
- A maximum of four sounds may be playing at once.
- No hot keys for triggering sounds.
If these limitations are a problem and you need more functionality I would recommend MultiPlay.
It provides far greater functionality and is also free. It just takes a bit more effort to set your cues up.
